Client Manager / Examination Centre Manager

We are looking for a forward-looking, customer oriented person to fill the position of Client Manager combined with the role of Examination Centre Manager.

Main Client manager responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Reports to Director and Director of studies and is tasked with providing attentive, friendly and competent customer service and information to clients on service quality, their advantages, costs, rules and regulations, timetable and principles of testing and registration, discount and cancellation policy in Ukrainian and English;
• professionally responding to incoming telephone inquiries;
• informing students of changes in the education process;
• completing registration and re-registration of students in accordance with the academic process;
• providing teachers with lists of students using proprietary software;
• monitoring the payment process in cooperation with the accounts department;
• maintaining student waiting list;
• liaising with Director, Director of Studies, Teachers and Finance in resolving financial and disciplinary situations with clients;
• promoting new and existing clients to purchase IH Kyiv services;
• maintaining the database of students.

Main responsibilities of Examination Centre Manager:

• Reports to Centre Manager and is tasked with:

• Customer service to include but not limited to:
  • providing attentive, friendly and competent customer care information to clients on services of the organization, their cost, rules and regulations, timetable and principles of testing and exam registration in Ukrainian and English;
  • dealing with and resolving any financial issues that may arise in liaise with Finance;
  • informing students about time and date changes related to exams;
  • professionally responding to incoming calls;
  • monitoring exam payment in cooperation with the finance department;
  • fulfilling registration of Examination clients in accordance with international examination procedures;
• Sales to include but not limited to:
  • working with key accounts throughout Kyiv and Kyiv oblast promoting Examinations for IH Kyiv;
  • raising awareness of examination availability at IH Kyiv by working with senior management to distribute marketing information in key client areas;
  • being constantly proactive in your approach to increasing sales figures for both exams and other IH English language courses.

Requirements:

• university degree;
• CEF B2/C1 English, strong and literate Russian and Ukrainian;
• 2+ years work experience in sales & customer service;
• strong computer literacy;
• strong communication and teamwork skills;
• ability to meet tight deadlines;
• flexibility.
